What are your prices?

The price on website just for reference. Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Our basic products dont have minimum order quantity. Some special customized products have order quantity.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Sure, most products can provide relevant documents if needed.

What is the average lead time?

Our average daily production capacity is 500 sets electric wheelchairs / scooters. But according to the number of existing orders, the delivery time of a 40HQ (250sets) is around 15-20 working days.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

T/T, Western Union, RMB

What is the product warranty?

All of our electric wheelchairs / scooters come with 12 months warranty. Any quality problem, we will send spare parts for free.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

If goods ship by us, we will guarantee the safe arrival of the goods. All products use high-quality export packaging. The goods will not be damaged in normal transportation.

How about the shipping fees?

Because the freight changes frequently, we can't give a specific price. We will check for you before products ship out. The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
